Establishment and Core Business
Founded in 2000 by CEO Sammy Hayashi and Co-founder Jason Tsai (President), Pinjack Optronics Industrial Co., Ltd specializes in optical communications, producing precision housings and pull-tab molding for optical modules, including SFP, QSFP, QSFP-DD, and OSFP (supporting 800G/1.6T/3.2T) zinc alloy housings.
With a fully integrated production line—covering mold design, zinc alloy die-casting, bead-blasting, and a Wuku electroplating facility (including chemical nickel plating) established in 2005 via collaboration with a century-old Osaka, Japan electroplating leader—all processes are completed in-house in Taiwan, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
Production Facilities and Sustainability
In 2001, Pinjack acquired its Wuku factory (926 m² land, 1,983 m² building area). In 2010, it purchased its Tamsui headquarters (5,289 m² production area) and developed a 19,834 m² industrial park with 3,000 flowering trees, reflecting environmental sustainability.
Technology and Market Leadership
Pinjack excels in thermosetting, thermoplastic injection, and zinc alloy die-casting technologies, delivering high-quality products at competitive prices with reliable delivery.
Our products serve optoelectronics, computing, communications, and automotive industries, with markets in the U.S., Japan, and Europe. Achieving ±0.0015mm precision for circular hole components and producing over 80 million optoelectronic plastic parts monthly. Pinjack supplies optical modules and thermal solutions to global leaders like Cisco, Intel, Google, Marvell, Amazon AWS, and Jabil, as well as major Taiwanese listed companies, serving as a key supplier to Cisco (since 2012) and Google (since 2024), driving innovation in optical communications and data centers.
Growth and Vision
From an initial annual revenue of NTD 150 million, Pinjack has grown to NTD 700 million, with projections to exceed NTD 1 billion by 2026.
